Spoločnosť Rise.sk s.r.o. (ďalej len “spoločnosť” alebo “my”) so sídlom v Bratislave, Slovenská republika, IČO: 56 911 157, berie ochranu osobných údajov veľmi vážne a zaväzuje sa chrániť súkromie všetkých návštevníkov našej webovej stránky a klientov.
Táto zásada ochrany osobných údajov vysvetľuje, ako zhromažďujeme, používame, uchovávame a chránime Vaše osobné údaje v súlade s Nariadením Európskeho parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) a zákonom č. 18/2018 Z.z. o ochrane osobných údajov.

We use the contact form solely to receive and handle your request. It does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing communications.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We process your first name, email, and message, plus optional last name, phone number, and budget band. We also record the source and service, language, page path without query parameters, referrer origin, allowlisted UTM data, and the displayed privacy-notice version.
HubSpot stores an unassociated Deal and message in its EU (Germany) CRM region. EmailJS receives only basic contact details, the identifier, and a CRM link for the internal notification; the sender confirmation does not repeat the message or budget. Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from spam and abuse. Rise.sk does not store the reCAPTCHA token, IP address, or user agent.
EmailJS processes the limited data in the United States under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Access is limited to authorised persons, and you may exercise your access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability rights at rise@rise.sk.
We review retention every quarter. We delete the Deal three years after the last relevant communication unless an active contract, legal obligation, or legal hold applies. Historical Contacts and Files retain their existing policy.
We email new articles and updates to subscribers who confirm on the page linked in their confirmation email. There is no fixed schedule. This subscription is separate from the contact form.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, together with Section 116 of Slovak act 452/2021 on electronic communications, which requires prior demonstrable consent for direct marketing by email.
We process the email address and the language of the list. We keep a record of the consent holding the time of confirmation, the displayed privacy-notice version, and a keyed hash of the address and IP. That hash cannot be turned back into an address and exists only to evidence the consent.
Resend, Inc. holds the subscriber list and handles both sending and unsubscribing. Each update includes an unsubscribe link. Google reCAPTCHA protects the signup form from abuse.
The list and the sending both run in the Ireland region (eu-west-1), inside the EU. Resend, Inc. is a company based in the United States, so any access from there is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing from any issue or writing to rise@rise.sk. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
The address stays on the list until consent is withdrawn. After an unsubscribe, Resend moves it to a suppression list so no further issue reaches you. We keep the consent record as evidence that the legal requirement was met.
We use necessary cookies only for secure website operation and to store your choice. Analytics services and any embedded functional services are disabled by default and load only after consent.

We currently use no marketing cookies or advertising tags. Advertising consent signals remain denied.
After a deliberate click, opens a separate Google booking page where you can choose a time.
You can change your choice anytime through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it.
